This is great news - but will this cd also be made available through rocket city records?
Not all of us here are members of joanjett.com.
Also - there is only info about free shipping to US residents... what about us fans who live in other parts of the world..

hi cheeky cherry
how are you my dear boy? you don't need to be a member of joanjett.com (don't think there is 'membership' as such) - it's just ordering through Mr Snowden....
i know it's infuriating when us FOREIGN fans get left out of the picture.
love and currie kumquats,

Hey y'all! I cut and pasted a little blurb from Joan Jett's site...
-----------------------------
CURRIE/JETT REUNION AVAILABLE FROM BLACKHEART RECORDS;
LIMITED EDITION PICTURE DISC FEATURES "CHERRY BOMB"
From: Blackheart Records
NEW YORK--When Cherie Currie joined Joan Jett onstage to sing "Cherry Bomb" in Anaheim, CA on August 18, 2001, it marked the first time the musicians had performed the song that Jett wrote for Currie together in over two decades.
On May 15, to coincide with the induction of The Runaways into Hollywood's Rock Walk of Fame, Blackheart Records will release a limited edition EP of the Jett/Currie "Cherry Bomb," recorded live at the surprise reunion. The disc will also include Currie's "Don't Believe In Heaven," and a previously unreleased live studio version of Jett's "Long Time."
It has been 25 years since Jett and Currie made history as members of The Runaways, the all-girl rock band whose brief, loud career led the way for rocking women ever after, from the GoGos to Lunachicks, L7, Hole, Bikini Kill, Sleater-Kinney and the Donnas.
Jett's love of rock and roll (with her band, the Blackhearts) has continued unabated through 11 hit singles and more than a dozen albums; Currie has recorded five albums, and continues to perform live. As an actress, her films include "Foxes" and "Wavelength". She is the author of a memoir Neon Angel, and has recently added the role of record producer to her resume.
The limited edition picture disk is $7, including shipping for all USA orders. Pre-orders for special advance release copies are now being accepted at joanjett.com.
"Cherry Bomb" produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna, engineered by Billy Crater. "Long Time" produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna, engineered by Joe Johnson at Studio 900.
"Don't Believe In Heaven" was written, produced and engineered by Cherie Currie.
All mastering by John Aiosa.

Just bringing this info to the top since the CDs have arrived this week! Pre-orders were shipped this week. New orders will be shipped immediately. This is truly an extremely low number limited edition, so order now if you want one for $7.00, lest you pay $50 on ebay later!
Just for your info, the pictures included were taken the night of the concert that CHERRY BOMB was recorded, by one of our own beloved board members Steve Gidlow (American Knight) and by publicist Ken Phillips. The artwork was done by Mara Fox from Rocket City Records.
The printing was split equally with two different backgrounds - either white or silver. If you ordered more than one, your order will be split equally.
These CDs are available exclusively from Rocket City Records & Blackheart Records.
